On 16th July 2020, College and Guild were notified of a data security incident with a third-party service provider, Blackbaud Inc. Blackbaud provides and hosts the NetCommunity online contact management system that enables you to update your contact details, book for events and make online donations. We understand that the incident involves several UK and US educational, healthcare and not-for-profit organisations, including CLC.

We have written to any Guild members impacted. You do not need to take any action, but we believe we should keep you informed about what has happened. We would like to reassure you that the data held on our main development and alumnae relations database is unaffected. This incident relates purely to the interactive element through NetCommunity. No financial information has been accessed.
