Food Demonstration at Le Cordon Bleu School

Guild member Marie Cheong-Thong (Cheong, 1976-1978, St Austin’s/ Fauconberg), chair of Guild's Food and Drink Webinar in November 2021, will be presenting an Asian spirits and food matching session at Le Cordon Bleu School on 16th March from 6.40pm to 9pm and has invited Guild members to attend.   She will talk about Sake/Shochu and Baijiu and has Chef Taipo Wong (ex-Sushi Samba and Annabel's) cooking and demonstrating. It is a free event and there will be an opportunity for some sampling if attending in person.
