REPRESENTATIVES WANTED

Please contact Elizabeth Birch for information on any of the following roles:

HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVES (new role)

Many of our Guild members live outside the UK and we are fortunate to have Guild members who have volunteered to be International Representatives and be a point of contact in the country in which they live.

The Head of International Representatives will be responsible for overseeing all the International Representatives and making sure that all our international members feel included, represented and part of the wider Guild network.

The Head of International Representatives will encourage the International Representatives to hold get-togethers in their countries, where practical, either in person or by Zoom and ask them to write a description of the “event” and possibly send a photograph to the Guild Office, so that all Guild members can enjoy reading about and seeing their friends.

UNIVERSITY AND COLLEGE REPRESENTATIVES  (location specific)

University and College Representatives will act as a link between the Area Representatives and Guild members who are attending university in a certain area.

They will advertise Guild events that are taking place in the city, broader county/region or in Guild generally (eg webinars) and will organise coffee mornings/lunches etc for Guild members at their university.
